Emma & Iain are celebrating their first anniversary and it’s the perfect time to share some of their beautiful memories captured by Francis Meaney Photography.

They were married in the gorgeous surrounds of Tankardstown House (a definite favourite venue). The bridal bouquets were the prettiest pastel pink colour theme with my signature ‘just picked posy’ styling for the bridal bouquets. Gorgeous sweet avalanche and sweet dolomiti roses with scented stocks, lisianthus, astilbe, nigella and baby’s breath.

Happy anniversary Mr & Mrs Miskelly and thanks for choosing Ditsy Floral Design.

Karen & Christopher’s Very Vintage Real Wedding

Take a peak at these gorgeous memories as Karen & Christopher celebrate their first anniversary today. They were married in Tassagh Presbyterian Church and celebrated in Corick House Hotel. It was a very vintage affair with lots of vintage props and rustic styling. Karen chose a decadent wild and naturally trailing hand tied bouquet with gorgeous scented garden roses…very 1920’s style. The bridesmaids in lilac carried vintage wildflower posies in shade of lilac, lavender and purple. The Ditsy Floral Vintage Bike also made an appearance with a beautiful basket of blooms. The vintage rustic styling continued at Corick House Hotel. These beautiful photos were captured by the talented Chris Semple of Chris Semple Photography, thank you for sharing.

Sunshine & Happiness for a Spring Wedding in County Armagh

So much love, happiness and sunshine remembered from Aisling & Gary’s real wedding on the 25 April last year in Kilmore Parish outside Richhill, County Armagh.

Aisling wanted to go ‘wild’ with the bride’s bouquet with lots of foliage texture and soft pink colours to match the bridesmaids lovely mid pink dresses. Pink Hydrangea was teamed with Sweet Avalanche roses, Sweet Dolomiti roses, lilac spray roses, astilbe, greenbell, a little Baby’s Breath and lots of silvery eucalyptus foliage for impact.

The boys wore natural style buttonholes with pink lisianthus, lilac rose, astilbe and foliages. Aisling told me people to this day nearly one year on still ask me who did my flowers! Awh it really was an absolute pleasure…love that I get to be involved in one of most special days of your life!

Art Deco Inspired Winter Wedding at The Manor House Hotel

With glam, glittery Art Deco inspired bridesmaid dresses and a charcoal colour theme we knew it had to be wintery pastels for Linzi & Jonathan’s special day at The Manor House Country Hotel on the 7th January 2017. A fresh combination of Faith, Mentha, Vendella and Ocean Song roses for the bride with Pink Avalanche, Faith, Mentha and Ocean Song for the bridesmaids…a treat with the silvery seneccio foliage, silver brunia berries and frosty astrantia with wax flower and a little baby’s breath. Happy First Anniversary to you both and thank you for sharing these beautiful photos captured by Lauren Rutherford Photography. Vintage, Rustic Real Wedding L&G

Lauren & Gareth are celebrating their first anniversary today and it’s the perfect excuse to share some happy memories of their wedding day by my fav Signature Photography.

They were married in Glengormley Baptist Church and celebrated at The Tullyglass House Hotel, Ballymena afterwards. The bridesmaids wore deep purple dresses, which introduced lovely autumnal shades of purple, aubergine and lilac into the bride’s wildflower style bouquet including the dark and sultry vibernum berry.

The wedding theme had a distinctly rustic feel with lots of vintage props, hessian and decoupage, so we kept it simple for the bridesmaids with posies of white baby’s breath. The church was dressed with my vintage ladder and rustic vintage apple crates with a free-form wild floral arrangement.

Happy Anniversary Mr & Mrs Mornin and thank you for sharing these beautiful memories with me xx

Rustic Country Barn Wedding at Larchfield Estate

Hayley & Luke were married on the 10 May 2017 with a beautiful church service in Dromore Baptist Chruch and celebrated with a barn reception in the tranquil surrounds of Larchfield Estate.

hayleylukeprints-021.jpgHayley’s indulgent country style bouquet contained the gorgeous Lady Bombastic garden spray rose, pink avalanche roses, deep cerise scented stocks, pink snapdragon, veronica and lisianthus…and smelt divine! She wore a stunning embellished Pronovias dress from La Boda Bridal Banbridge with bridal hair by Lil’ Miss Colour, Banbridge.

In Larchfield we dressed the guest tables with rustic wooden slabs and country style vintage pitcher jugs of flowers while the Top Table was adorned with a decadent floral runner. Soo much prettiness and a huge thank you to Hayley & Luke for sharing these beautiful memories. It was a pleasure to be part of your special day. Professional photos taken by Gather and Tides.
