Old Rectory Killyman Wedding

Heather & John’s Wedding Day last September was my first visit to this relatively new venue in Northern Ireland, just outside Dungannon. Beautiful blush and warmer autumn tones for the bridal flowers and the most amazing Gold Hi Riser Stand Florals created impact and drama in the Rustic Barn reception room. Not forgetting the beautiful Floral Pillar at the Church Doors…a favourite from 2019 and I think we can agree every Irish Wedding Venue needs an Irish Wolfhound!

Happy Anniversary Guys! Photos by Chris Semple Photography.

Boho Vibe at Gracehall Wedding

Rebecca & Simon’s beautiful Wedding at Gracehall Northern Ireland. Flower Crowns and Wild Style Boho Bouquets for the Girls…this was a definite 2019 favourite! Photos by You Them Us.

Ivory & Greenery Summer Wedding

Fionnuala & Conor enjoyed a glorious sunny day in June 2019 for their wedding service at Drumintee and reception at the fabulous Seagrave Barns at Seagrave House, Dunany!

We kept the florals neutral ivory tones with lots of wild greenery for a whimsical, loose and natural look…and the bride wore a Flower Crown…perfecting the boho vibe! Beautiful photos by Honey and the Moon Photography.

Country Style Wedding Flowers

Gorgeous Milk Churn Flowers and Milk Bottle Posy Flowers…can you guess the groom is a dairy farmer lol? Derek & Catherine were married in Tandragee and celebrated at the beautiful Gracehall. It was such a pleasure to be involved in this country style wedding and thank you for choosing Ditsy Floral Design. Photographs by Chris Semple Photography.

Sunny May Wedding in Banbridge

Kathryn & Richard Wright were married in Ballydown Presbyterian Church back in May and celebrated at the beautiful Larchfield Estate.

I loved all the planning with Kathryn and my signature ‘just picked’ style added a relaxed, natural feel to the bridal bouquets. Huge congratulations to you both and thank you for sharing these beautiful memories captured by Adam & Grace with me.

Wildflowers & Wheat: a Rustic Wedding

I love a wildflower wedding and when Mary married Jason last August in my home village of Loughbrickland, I got to mix fresh seasonal wildflowers in shades of lilac and lavender with a little bit of wheat for a nod to the season and the resulting bouquets were just fab!! Plus we had lots of pretty details with hair flowers, rustic buttonholes and gin bottle tablecentres!

Mary & Jason are celebrating their first anniversary today and I wanted to celebrate it by sharing some of their precious memories. Happy anniversary guys and thank you for choosing Ditsy Floral Design to be involved in your special day. Photos by Mark Barton Photography.

Mary also sent me this lovely comment:

“Thank you so so much Elaine!! I loved my flowers!!! You made everything come together so perfectly!!!! Amazing job!!!”

 It was my pleasure xx

‘Just Picked’ Wedding Flowers at Tankardstown House

Emma & Iain are celebrating their first anniversary and it’s the perfect time to share some of their beautiful memories captured by Francis Meaney Photography.

They were married in the gorgeous surrounds of Tankardstown House (a definite favourite venue). The bridal bouquets were the prettiest pastel pink colour theme with my signature ‘just picked posy’ styling for the bridal bouquets. Gorgeous sweet avalanche and sweet dolomiti roses with scented stocks, lisianthus, astilbe, nigella and baby’s breath.

Happy anniversary Mr & Mrs Miskelly and thanks for choosing Ditsy Floral Design.

Joanna & Patrick ‘Married at the Mill’

I am so excited to share these memories from Joanna & Patrick’s wedding at The Mill at Ballydugan, 2nd December 2017. Gorgeous wildflower styling and rich jewel colours, this wedding just epitomises my ‘just picked’ wildflower floristry style.

These beautiful photos were captured by Peter Mackey Photography.  Thank you for sharing them with me and giving me free reign to design and create your beautiful bridal bouquets. Much love xx.

Love & Happiness in Richhill for R & P

So much love, happiness and kindness remembered from Rachel & Peter’s special day on the 9th September 2016 in Richhill Presbyterian Church and the fabulous Slieve Russell Hotel. Rachel came to me via recommendation from her cousin Laura whose wedding flowers I’d created the year before and we had so much fun planning the shades of pink and blue flowers to contrast and tone with her platinum blue bridesmaid dresses. The bouquets feature seasonal blue hydrangea, sweet avalanche roses, lydia spray roses and lisianthus and baby’s breath. The boys wore natural style buttonholes with blue thistle, pink astilbe and baby’s breath. Happy Anniversary Mr & Mrs Lundy and thank you for choosing Ditsy Floral Design as your wedding florist!

Signature Photography are responsible for these gorgeous memories of this real Northern Ireland wedding, thanks so much for sharing guys.
