SHIPPING OR DELIVERY POLICY
Ditsy Floral Design will personally deliver your order or You can choose to collect your order in-store.
We currently deliver a 12-mile radius from our base in Scarva from Tuesday to Saturday. The delivery address should be the address of the Recipient and not the Customer. This covers Banbridge, Rathfriland, Gilford, Tandragree, Loughbrickland, Poynztpass, Markethill, Portadown, Waringstown and parts of Lurgan and Dromore.
A delivery fee of £5 will apply.
Unfortunately we no longer deliver to the far side of Dromore, Newry, Mayobridge or Hilltown.
The e-commerce platform will not accept a delivery address outside the 12 mile radius.
At the time of Checkout You will be asked to select a specific date for delivery. Please note that delivery will only be in the late afternoon, if you are ordering for a specific celebration and need the Goods delivered earlier, you may need to select delivery for the day before the event.
